4 Easy Steps to Protect Skin from the Sun

The morning sun has myriad benefits for the skin. But the day, it can cause damage. Black spots, wrinkles, premature aging, skin cancer until a skin disorder caused by ultraviolet light sting. This light effect is not immediate. So before you regret it, you should protect your skin with a few easy steps.
  1. Set Schedule

    Besides making you look more attractive, the use of accessories can also help protect the body from UV rays sting. Wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, a scarf can add protection to the face, eyes, neck, and surrounding areas.
    Besides sunglasses to protect the eyes also effectively prevent premature wrinkles in the eye because too often shrink when glare and heat. Use socks if you use open shoes when walking in the sweltering heat.
  4. Treatment
